Working within areas of high deprivation, engaging with some of the communities hardest to reach groups; people who are recovering from alcohol dependency, drug addiction, ex offenders, people suffering from poor mental and or physical health, those with no or low skill sets and with most beneficiaries they face multiple and complex barriers to living as happy, independent, contributing members of our society.
Offering abstinent accommodation to people recovering from drug and or alcohol addiction and to those facing homelessness. We provide a safe living environment with a wraparound service to ensure the best chance of sustaining abstinence and to reach personal goals, whatever they look like.
Creating real job opportunities for vulnerable adults who face multiple barriers to finding and sustaining employment, delivered in an inclusive and mindful environment.
Using powerful coaching techniques, our coaching courses are developed to improve the participants confidence, motivation and self esteem – all proven areas which aide in individual progress.
We deliver a host of bespoke training programs and accredited qualifications, tailored to each individuals needs and requirements. Our Job Ready training courses have won awards for their intuitive insight into the learners journey while our Environmental courses are designed to improve employability within a Growth Sector. We deliver environmental training courses and qualifications in prisons as well as in the community.
